Repair Service for Long-Term Use

SlideNote is a "tool to protect important papers." While the contents you insert may change over time, the main body of the notebook can be used for years to come. However, parts such as the metal clip and slide bar inevitably wear out over time. To ensure that customers who cherish their SlideNote can continue using it for a long time, we offer a repair service. This service includes maintenance of individual parts and replacement of the slide frame, helping to restore the notebook as close as possible to its original condition when first purchased.


Each SlideNote is carefully repaired one by one, so the number of requests we can accept is limited. However, we encourage you to take advantage of this service. This repair service is available for both SlideNote A4 and A5 sizes.

※ Please be careful not to select the wrong frame size.

About Shipping Fees

The cost for sending your SlideNote to our company is not included in the product price. Please bear the shipping cost yourself. The shipping cost for returning the repaired product is included in the product price.

Repair Process

1.Add to shopping cart and make the purchase.
Please add the "SlideNote Repair Service" to your shopping cart and make the purchase. The delivery address you enter will be the one we use to send the repaired item after the service is completed.

2.Ship the SlideNote
Please ship your SlideNote within one week of purchase. Include a piece of paper with your order number (#●●●●) inside your SlideNote and send it to us (shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).

※Please note that we cannot accept parcels sent with payment on delivery (COD).

3.Start of Repair
Once your SlideNote arrives, we will check the condition of the product and proceed with the maintenance. At this point, we will notify you via email that the maintenance has started.
If you do not receive this email within a week after shipping the SlideNote, there may have been an issue with the shipping method you selected, so please check.

※Please note that we are not responsible for any issues related to shipping to our company.

4.Maintenance Period
Once maintenance has started, it will be completed within approximately 10 business days.


5. Shipment of the Newly Repaired SlideNote
Once the maintenance is completed, the SlideNote will be shipped to the address you specified. A shipment notification will be sent to you via email. The shipping cost for this dispatch is included in the service purchase price.
