SlideNote Maintenance Service

SlideNote was developed as a notebook binder that can be used for a long time, even with repeated paper replacements. With this in mind, we offer maintenance services for each part and replacement of the slide frame, bringing it as close as possible to the condition it was in when first purchased, ensuring continued use of SlideNote.
Note: This service is available only for PageBase brand SlideNote A4 and SlideNote A5.

About the Service

The slide operation will return to its smooth, like-new condition through the reapplication of the special oil.

When using SlideNote regularly, the smoothness of the sliding operation gradually decreases due to repeated sliding actions. The gripper is made of stainless steel, and each one is hand-applied with oil on its surface before being sold. Over time, this oil gradually diminishes.
By performing maintenance, we will reapply oil to the gripper, bringing the sliding operation back to a state close to when it was first purchased. During this process, we will also check the shape of the gripper, and if there is any significant deformation, we will replace it.

The slide operation is restored to its smooth, like-new condition by reapplying the special oil.

When you use your SlideNote regularly, the smoothness of the sliding action gradually decreases due to repeated sliding. The grippers are made of stainless steel, and each one is hand-coated with oil during manufacturing. Over time, this oil wears off. By performing maintenance, we reapply the oil to the grippers, bringing the sliding action back to its original, like-new condition. During this process, we will also check the shape of the grippers, and if any extreme deformation has occurred, we will replace them.

Work Process

1. Acceptance Process

The maintenance service also includes the option to replace the frame. Please select your preferred frame color to match the cover color. By customizing it to your liking, we hope you will enjoy using it for a long time with a fresh new feel.
We will also return the frame you have been using.

2. Separation

Separate the cover from the frame, then clean the cover with a specialized cleaner and wipe off any surface dirt.

3.Apply oil coating to the frame.

Check the condition of the gripper. If there is excessive deformation, replace the gripper and manually apply the special oil.

4.Attach the frame.

The maintenance will be completed by attaching the new frame color you requested along with the cover.

Select the size of your SlideNote. This service is available for purchase per notebook.

2.Complete the purchase.

The shipping address you provide will be the destination for the item after maintenance. Please send it within one week after your purchase.

3. Shipping the SlideNote

After placing your order, please write the order number, which will be provided to you, on a piece of paper at home and insert it into your SlideNote. Then, please ship it to the address provided in the email.
The shipping cost from you to our designated address is not included in the purchase price and will be borne by the customer. Please note that we cannot accept shipments sent by cash on delivery.

4. Maintenance Begins

Once your SlideNote arrives at our company, we will inspect the condition of the product and begin the maintenance work.
At this point, we will notify you via the email address you provided that the maintenance has started.
If you do not receive the order confirmation email within two weeks after shipping your SlideNote, there may have been an issue with the shipping method you selected. Please check with the carrier.

5. Maintenance Period

The maintenance will be completed within approximately 10 business days from the date maintenance begins.

6. Shipping of the New SlideNote

Once the maintenance is completed, the product will be shipped promptly. You will receive a shipping notification via email. The shipping cost is included in the purchase price.

Important Notes for Use

• The service is available for PageBase products only.
• If you add the SlideNote Repair Service to your shopping cart, you cannot purchase other regular products together.
• Shipping costs to our designated address are the customer's responsibility, while shipping costs for products after maintenance will be covered by us.

• We do not provide compensation for any accidents or issues related to shipping to our designated address.
• You are responsible for properly packing the SlideNote when sending it to our designated address.
• The maintenance period is approximately 2 to 3 weeks from the time the SlideNote arrives at our company.

SlideNote Maintenance Service Terms and Conditions

Eligibility Requirements

The items that can be requested are limited to the SlideNotes sold by Kenkosha Co., Ltd. The service is based on the assumption that the SlideNote is still usable, and it is not a repair service for broken products. Additionally, the service is available only to those who can communicate via phone, mobile, email, etc., and agree to the terms and conditions.

How to Use

(1) Before shipping, please inspect the SlideNote to ensure it is not damaged. Only include a paper with the order number inserted inside the SlideNote. Any other items found during the acceptance process will be returned if we determine them to be useful.

(2) There may be damage, scratches, or other deep coating peeling on the SlideNote, so please inspect and check it thoroughly before sending it. If our staff determines that the product has excessive contamination or foreign substances, we may return the item without beginning the service.

(3) In the event that you are not satisfied with the service, we will share the situation with both parties. If we determine that the situation exceeds our expectations, including complex or difficult circumstances, we reserve the right to contact the authorities by calling 110 or consult with the responsible company.

Compensation System

The compensation system and warranty period for this service are generally not provided. If any product issues arise, please contact us within one week of receiving your SlideNote. In the unlikely event that the issue is caused by our service, we will offer a re-maintenance once within the specified period.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

These terms may be changed in content or name without prior notice to the customer.

Matters for Negotiation

The interpretation and matters of these terms and conditions shall be discussed and resolved amicably based on mutual trust between the customer and our representative.
